I'm sure several people have. The rollout of the update has nothing to do with geographic location. Beyond those who signed up for the soak test, it's completely random. Once it starts being pushed out to more people, it will continue to be random. Date of purchase, geographic location, or wireless plan have nothing to do with when you do or don't receive the update.

I already posted this on another thread, but I wanted to make sure this active thread didn't miss it either. I just wanted to contribute a little something I found from a link posted on a Verizon help page comment. The page is and has access to some direct download links and instructions to do a manual upgrade for all those who haven't already gotten the update OTA. I followed the steps this morning and boom, good to go on both my wife's and my phone. Just thought I would drop my 2 cents since I was pretty pissed about the delays. I'm pretty sure that some of the same tools were on their site too (and mentioned here), but theirs was really easy to follow. ~Cole

Three Razrs in my HH, My son who got his Maxx several months ago got his OTA upgrade about 2:30am Saturday morning (Late Friday night in "teenager")
I got my Maxx about a month ago, still waiting. My other son went swimming with his I just found out (He's a LifeGuard, at least he saved a life doing it)
So, still waiting for the OTA, I don't feel comfortable with the force. I get a kick out of those, the Techie authors always preface by saying how easy it is and then they launch into "Geek". Building a stroker motor is easy too IF you know how. Try and do it by reading an instruction manual.

I did the sideload, and am happy with ICS 4.04. Yes I screwed it up once, and soft bricked my phone, but there is a whole community here to help you build your stroker motor. Whether it is filing main bearing tabs for the crank, or downloading Matt's utility 1.7. There is help here to get you through it. You will get the satisfaction of a job done right, by yourself, just as you do when that motor finally fires and purrs then roars. There are people here willing to help you through it.

You raise a good point. a motor built or a jeep lifted is satisfying when done by ones own hand, I just never did either with the understanding that the guy who invented the lift or motor was going to show up in the middle of the night and do it for Free.
I may have slept in that day and just decided to wake up like it was Xmas morning.
