App drawer, drag up to more options. Or, manage apps and the stock apps have the option

Already did a reset. But my battery was nearly full when i performed that and i was too worried to unplug to c what would happen. Running the battery down some now to c how it charges... will let u guys know if reset fixed this problem...

There's still quite a bit that can't be disabled.

Edit- I take that back. Some you just have to uninstall updates before you can disable them.
