I have an OG Droid, and I have rooted it, had a custom 2.3.7 ROM on there but it was still going as slow as a turtle. I got a new ROM but it ****ed up, so I'm restoring it now and I hope it works. How do I correctly get the ROM from my computer onto my Droid and install it? I only know how to do it through the ROM Manager, but I don't know how to do it from the computer, I'm using the Chevy ICS one for the Droid 1 that is supposed to be nice. And what is the absolute best custom ROM for the Droid 1?
