Importing Contacts From Dead Phone

My Droid came today, but my BlackBerry completely died before I was able to transfer the contacts. I'm not exactly sure whats wrong with my BlackBerry. Might be the battery, but I don't want to buy a whole new battery for a phone I will never use again if I don't have to.
Is there anyway to transfer the contacts to my Droid?

Well, do you have a gmail account? This is a google phone, contacts are kept in gmail.

If not bring it to the Verizon Store and tell them about it. Maybe they can help you. Where did you back your contacts up to?
