I was on family time but you have piqued my interest. (I dislike you for this) I kid. Well maybe. Regardless I want a full run down; IE PC OS, using a USB cord or reader, how are you with ADB and Fastboot? I am not trying to scare ya off but I wanna know options.

Sorry!! and thank you. . I assume this phone was rooted or someone tried to. Usb cord will not reconize phone to my pc (windows xp). I have been useing a card reader to transfer. (card is formatted to Fat32). I have downloaded the stock image from you site Doug and it starts to flash it with Hboot but says

Bootloader fail-pu
Radio v2 updating

and just stays like that for hours. The progress bar stops at about 90%

Hboot version is 0.92.0000
Radio version is 2.15.00.07.28

You lost me with ADB

I will say that the bootloader fail is less then ideal, and is the update bar blue or red when it get stuck?

In bootloader at the top does it s-on or s-off?

Try redownloading it. Don't open it. Don't unzip it. Don't even look at it in negative manner. Simply rename and move your sd card. Try again. If at all possible if you are using Chrome please do not. Use IE or Firefox.

Being that you are s-on there are not a lot of options here for us. When it does try to boot how far does it go? Splash screen? Boot animation?
