Incredible wont load past white screen

As soon as it turns on it goes right to the HTC white screen and stays there

That might be far enough to try the PC based RUU. Download and install HTC sync on your PC. Then download this http://dougpiston.com/files/RUU/RUU...4k_NV_1.70_PRL58006_release_152016_signed.exe

Start the phone up and run the RUU.

Just to make sure I understand.. Run the RUU while at the white HTC screen or in the Hboot

Well sir thank you very much for the help. I have a working Inc, do you think i can back up that phone and somehow transfer it to the broken one? not sure if that would work
