Is Google Play Store not Working? Or is it Down?????

Myself and several others in Michigan can not access the Play Store. Anyone else having this issue?

In Dallas, Galaxy Nexus, can't get into it either, everything else is working fine.

Edit: website works fine, but via phone, it won't load. "server error" each time...

Edit2: website does not work fine, just the front page works...

Its happening everywhere and has been off/on for the past few days, also paid apps seem to disappear
