Jelly Bean problem

So I recently took the Jelly plunge and installed Jelly-Belly 3.4

Everything seems to run great except over the last day or so I have noticed that my Nexus no longer alerts me to voice mail. No icon or audio alert.

Is this a widespread issue with JellyBean or is it rom specific?

haven't had any issues with it so far.

jelly belly 3.6 is out btw.

jellybelly rom here also but not having that issue either. maybe install 3.6? or check your setting?
