Looks like you might need to RSDLite to reflash SPRecovery and then reinstall a nandroid backup of v0.4

Ok now im clockmod recovery saying installation aborted, failed to verify whole file sig. should I select

-reboot system now
-apply sdcard update zip
-install zip from sdcard
-nadroid
-partitions menu
-advanced

Niceeeeee! Worked like a charm! just went to about phone and system update and it says (system is up to date) Thanks Guys for Your help now I can get to bed..hahaha,, droidforums comes through again!
