Just got the OTA update for my Nexus.

I got mine at 3.00 here in south Texas...........only problem i keep getting a red exclamation mark when I try to install it. Still waiting on my wifes phone for the update......... any comments or suggestions would greatly be appriciated. By the way I do have have an unlocked bootloader.....and Im rooted not running any custom rom, still stock........strange????

Finally got it by using the "Google Services" trick...I had previously only been clearing data on Google Services, I thought that was the idea. After reading here that you have to force stop, then clear data, I tried that and it worked on the first try.

Did the Google Services trick all last night with no luck. Got the upgrade this morning when I checked my phone. Just south of Birmingham, AL.

Has anyone gotten the update who was rooted and unlocked and had no problems? There are two people here reporting problems with unlocked phones and stock rom. Maybe I should re-lock the phone before I get the update?

Same problem here..I'm unlocked and rooted..just stock 4.0.2..i pulled the update with the trick and it worked the first time..the update just won't install..I'm getting the same little android guy laying down with "!"..I waited 20-30 mins and nothing..and I did this twice..oh well..back to AOKP 4.0.4 I go...smfh

Chicago here. Got the update this morning. Not sure how its rolling out but I got my nexus day 1 for reference. I wonder if its by SN or activation order? Who knows but its coming. Your patience will be rewarded.

Checked last night after 11 PM MDT and the update was waiting. Stock phone - smooth update - now I think I will root. Just haven't had time :disappointed:

I was rooted/unlocked with stock everything else, and no problem....I have noticed in places where I was getting bad reception, EX: my works basement that I have better bars or it has switched to stronger 3G instead of weaker 4G..! So I think the radios do help a lot!!
