Congratulations. It's rolling out to many, many folks now. A lot of folks are getting it by simply press there Check for Updates button in the About Phone in settings.

What update?

It's an OTA (Over The Air) update to fix things like data loss and camera.

Like BayouFlyFisher suggested, go to Menu>Settings>About phone>Check for updates. If it says your phone is Up to Date, it isn't your turn yet so try again later. Or else it'll load in the background and you'll get an announcement that way. It's random, so random that if you bought two Bionics the same day, one could get the update days after the other.

As for me, mine was there in San Diego, CA at 8:30 on the 13th when I checked.

I got it, housyon TX. Better, but still drops signal and slow to pick it back up. I found that if I use the battery saving settings that it is worse. Now I only use battery saving at night.

I got mine this morning. Now my phone won't charge. Down to 20% and it's been plugged in for 4 hours.
