Make sure you read the instructions carefully. Click on the link at the top to the original post on another website, and download the megaupload file. And use the .pdf file at the bottom of the link I gave you. It helps a lot.

+1. Used the same source because I was too lazy to do it with adb. Just follow the instructions to the letter. The pdf instructions even predict what errors you might encounter and tells you how to deal with them.
