[KERNEL] Kernel (deprimed_test) - Break It If You Can

Do I just download the deprimed link in prime's sig, then what do I have to run in terminal emulator to get the BFS working? Thanks in advance.

The second post in this thread outlines all the scripts that are built in. BFS is just part of the kernel now, nothing to enable. If you want to try out the overclocked ULV version of the kernel, type overclock into a su terminal. If you like it and your phone is stable with it and you want it to stay after you reboot, you can type in primed in an su terminal and it will boot in ULV mode each time. If you wish to return to standard voltage, type in deprime in a su terminal. All this is outlined in the first two posts.

All correct, thank you for helping.

Not using an ad blocker. Disabling ipv6 definitely seems to help. So what does that mean? Do I make changes to router settings?

I think it compresses the data being sent or maybe receivered?
It is, as far as I remember reading, ipv4 only compressed or something like that.

No, ipv6 shouldn't have anything to do with compression. I know what it is, but I don't know how to interpret the fact that disabling helps. :)

The applications must default to ipv6, your router likely is the issue with ipv6. What is the make/model of your router? What are your security settings (tkip/aes)?

Wow. This latest deprimed kernel is absolutely amazing. Can't remember the last time my OG ran this crisp. The trick for me now is getting it to stay this way for good. Thanks alot man for your hard work and dedication.

An oddity, since flashing the kernel I am seeing the "Android OS" as using the majority of the resources, not the display like normal. Is that unusual? Not noticing significant battery drain yet compared with normal, just found it odd.

It is a ROM issue not kernel, what ROM are you currently running?
