keyboard capitalizing random words

so my phone (droid mini) recently started capitalizing certain words, such as Good (<--- seriously though) and I can't figure out why! I have auto capitalization off, I don't have anything like this added to my personal dictionary, I've checked all my settingy. could it be an app?
