I remember as a kid growing up in the Bronx, I would take my dog for a walk, stop at the corner "candy store", get a comic book and an chocolate egg cream, and walk back home with a big smile on my face. Saturday was full of chores. Mow the lawn. Weed the flower bed. Clean up after the dog. Kind of miss the 2-3 hour work week. We never knew when we had it so good.
