Well, it looks there will be a rebranding that will go into place which will take the names Sprint & T-Mobile and form them under the single brand of Softbank USA. It has also been reported that the pre-paid carriers MetroPCS, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile will be combined into one structure, which could possibly become the "Framily plan". Deutsche Telekom that currently owns T-Mobile USA is going to maintain a 20% stake in the company, which will grant Deutsche Telekom users the ability to roam on Softbank's networks and Softbank's customers can roam on Deutsche Telekom's network in Europe. There's been mention that we should see an "Official" statement sometime Monday.

Those are the last two pilars the FCC and DOJ. But the Softbank USA is the plan for the merger.
