OUTSTANDING! Thank you to JRummy and Team Liberty, you folks rock.

I have one question; How do I get swype to work again? On 1.5 I had to install the blur keyboard from the add-ons menu in the tool box, but I don't see that option in the new ROM manager. Thanks again.

I bought Liberty toolbox donate and absolutely love it. I have only one problem.Toolbox works great but I am having a small issue with the Rom itself. After following directions to the letter,Liberty settings in the settings menu force closes as soon as I attempt to open it.I have installed,re-installed 3 times following directions to the letter, and I still get force closes in Liberty settings.Rest of the Rom and toolbox itself is great,no issues at all.Suggestions?

This has been addressed several times on several threads....including a few times in this particular thread....install the old toolbox from the market and it wont force close anymore....

I did a search and for some reason it did not return the answer I was looking for and I certainly wont make the mistake of asking a simple question anymore.Thank you to those who answered the question without feeling the need to make me feel ignorant.

Was not trying to make you feel insulted by any means.....it's just that there are like 6 threads going around about Liberty 2.0 and all of them have multiple posts about the same thing....some questions are almost immediately following a post that answered it.

My apologies....I think I reacted this way because I had just posted in like 4 different threads the same answer to the same question.

Again, I apologize for coming off rude or degrading by any means. That was not my intention.

I've been running 2.0 since it came out, I'm haveing problems when I install a old theme my g mail force closes unless I run a theme in the new tool box.
The only other thing is in the market I can install everything but angry birds, it downloads but fails to install.
Everything else for me is smooth as silk, good work guys.

Swype should come with all the liberty's (1.0, 1.5, and 2.0) Go to type something, long press on the text box, choose input method, swype.

Not a Liberty problem, see this thread: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-x-general-discussions/136127-unknown-reason-18-a.html

Edit: For all the people in moral conundrums about getting the $5 donation version.... my advice would be to not download it... in fact I'd probably suggest getting rid of your phone. Obviously there aren't good choices being made if spending five bucks is hard, but yet you're paying typically around a hundred bucks a month for a phone with internet. Go start saving your money, get a prepaid phone.

That was easy. Thanks for the help.

Liberty 2.0 working great on my DX, just one issue that everyone is having with Liberty Setting but the work around works fine.
The fella with the big yella box when booting after the Eagle. I had the same thing when I I disabled boot animation to cause the phone to boot faster. The setting is under "Manage Boot Animation". Try enabling the boot animation and see if it goes away.

I made my donation. Worth every penny. 2.0 is amazingly fast and reliable. I was on GB rooted and I liked it. Great new features in 2.3...but it was a little laggy with Blur and several times it would freeze. I really hope Liberty/Jrummy can do work on GB and make it bada$$. Great work guys keep it up.

Hey JRummy, I absolutely loved 1.5 but I couldn't resist Gingerbread. I'm currently running the Rooted & Deodexed version of GB. Since I'm rooted & Deodexed do I still need to sbf? And If I do need to sbf can you possibly explain why? I thought that I could just restore a backup that was 340 and then wipe/install Liberty 2.0

Since you have rooted GB, you can either sbf, flash maderstock, or flash TBH Monster X 2.2.340 which is an sbf put into an update.zip file. You just flash in CW Recovery & you're done. You will have to re-root/ bootstrap.

Hey, downloaded the TBH Monster X 2.2.340. How can I flash it using RSD Lite? Or do I use a different method since it is an update.zip file? Thanks!

2.0 is amazing, my DX is running great not. Also using Droid Overclocker at low voltage 1.2Ghz, battery life isn't bad at all.

However; before rooting and using liberty i used a launcher called "Pro Launcher", it had a few features I liked alot that 2.0 doesn't have. If anyone knows a ROM to add some of these tid bits please let me know!

1.) Hide application names
2.) Full circle home screens, you can keep scrolling left from page 3 to page 2,1,5,4, back to page 3.
3.)Size adjust for widgets! I want to change the size of calendar, weather, etc to fit better on my screen.
4.) Change shortcut on 3 button dock, I wish i could replace the browser with messaging.

I know it's work in progress, great job so far, well worth my donation!
