Liberty Toolbox [Official Thread]

I noticed that when I went to change my Wifi scan interval to 3 minutes, it only does 2 minutes (2 minutes is also 2 minutes and I retried 3 minutes...still only 2 minutes).

Not a big deal, just noting a small bug.

Try this:
-open liberty toolbox
-liberty mods
-build properties
-file editor
-/data/liberty/init.d.conf
-scroll down to wifi_scan_interval and change to 180
-menu hard button and select "save"

Did just that, rebooted after saving. Went back into the init.d.conf file and it still shows 180 for the wifi scan.

However, still going back to liberty mods, build properties, wifi scan interval, get current wifi scan interval, it still reports 120.

No biggy...I'm curious though, I only mentioned 3 minutes because that's what was on the menu selection. The init.d.conf file is freeform. Is it possible to make it something like 300 (5 min) or 600 (10 min)? Maybe I'll just try it and see what happens.

You also need to change EDIT_PROPS to 1 in the init.d.conf file

Ok so I heard if you instal the tool box you have to sbf to get it off if I wanna change roms.. So if I sbf can I upgrade from 2.3.320 to 2.3.340 via check for updates area on phone?

You have to download the liberty toolbox from the market. That is where I got it.

I just installed the Toolbox from the market over the toolbox that came in my rom zip file. The blur gallery shows up in my toolbox app options now but when I click it the phone boots in to recovery and tells me that it cant find the blur gallery zip. Does anyone have that zip and can I just put it on my sd card and install it with clockwork? Thanks!

You have to download the liberty toolbox from the market. That is where I got it.

So you have to download the one from the market not use the one that came with the ROM?

That's not true. People are probably referring to the liberty boot logo which can be changed in the toolbox.

I downloaded the Liberty Toolbox from the Market and it had the Blur Gallery but when I try to go to it in the app drawer it tries to open then closes. Any ideas?

I posted this in the Liberty 1.5 thread and kejar31 suggested putting it here, so here it goes:

I'm having the issue of not being able to re-size fonts. I can select whatever size, but once I back out of Font Size and go back to the Liberty Settings screen it reverts back to the default/Normal size..

I don't know if this is the place but, when I apply the linear theme, my facebook widget doesn't theme. I've moved it to system app and no luck. Any ideas?

After editing the pulldown text and using more than 16 characters, it doesn't display correctly. I can see it attempting to scroll across the top, but I can only see the last 5 characters.

I'm having some pulldown text errors as well. Running the Revolution Remix theme, I dialed in about 24 characters, saved and rebooted and now my radio is knocked out. "no service" is displayed. I can flash a backup but is there a fix for the no service?

Jrummy, would it be possible to add a "Do Not Disturb" app. to the tool box. I know they can be purchased from the market, but I like the way your apps. work better than most, They seem more polished! Remember on the bb's we could set up the sleep function, they would turn off at a set time during the week and a different time on weekends, This also helps a lot with the battery issue. Thanks
