List of issues.

The only issues I've had is the screen won't timeout and turn itself off, but I think that was related to GoSMS and it's settings to turn on the screen when receiving txt. I have disabled that feature and have had no other issues.

No data dropouts, no sound issues, and my battery life has been fine.

I have been experiencing this since I got the phone last week. Mostly when I use the holster and it goes into sleep mode. I am on the Verizon help line trying to see if this is a know issue...I will post a response if they can give me one...

Well, after a conversation with a few bump-up managers with customer support, I was able to finally get an answer. There is a "Verizon known issue" with some of the App Killer programs with the current Droid Razr model...seems that there is an issue with the sleep-wake mode and these programs loaded on the cell.
I was told to uninstall (mine was Super App Killer) and see if that cures the problem. I did and I am going on two days of no sleep issues.

Not really a solution considering that most Androids use this program without fail, but for now..it seems to work.

I just stumbled upon an issue yesterday. While at work I kept my phone in my pocket for around 3 hours and when I tried to turn it on it was unresponsive requiring a hard reset. Once on I noticed battery was at 15%. Thought nothing much of it. However last night I charged it to 100% and decided since it was in night mode from smart actions settings, there was no need to leave it on charger for the night. To my surprise I woke up this morning to a non responsive device again. I hard reset it and my battery showed 15%. What's the deal with that?

Sent from my DROID RAZR using DroidForums

My Razr does this several times a day. It doesn't matter the charge level. I use a hard reset more than I should have to. If I lived near a verizon store I would try and return it.

so ive had my razr for 4 days and just now i was on a call and when the conversation ended i went to "end the call" and the phone is entirely unresponsive, ie screens off, no hard reset, unlock, doesnt appear to be charging, wont turn back on, nothing! what the !@#$ is going on

ok so after some searching around i found that a hard reset is actually holding the power/lock button and volume down for a min ten seconds... this did turn my unit back on, hopefully no more issue arise
