try going into ur application settings, manage applications and see if any of ur apps can move to SD

apps2sd is the name of the app..just search it in your market.
backup assistant is a different kind of backup(contacs)and is acually a redundancy because google backs them up. titanium is for backing up all your data and apps and needs to be rooted..
and before you start pulling your hair out looking for a rom you shoul prolly look into rooting first and be familiar w/what goes w/it..ie: it voids your warranty and theres the possibiliy it could brick it but opens up so many possibiltys its overwhelming.
check out some threads on rooting here to get a better understanding of whats going on w/your phone.
look into the z4 app I think it works on the droid 2 for rooting.
