Binary Should have no effect on charging.

I believe fast charge is for when you charge via computer USB port.

Are you using a wall charger? Have you tried more than one?

Follow the link I provided, join, read, and learn..... This goes for any ROM. You need to learn the fine details for each function......

Soucery has a thread on df for the jb ROM.

Under galaxy nexus ROMs, sourcery, stickies......
