Probably not. The price will drop on the Maxx shortly after they release the Fighter or whatever Moto's next droid is going to be called.

No ICS yet, but I got mine on pre order and my battery goes a full day no problems at all with smart actions set, plus its so so unbeatably, idk if that's a word, thin! Its awesome. I would say that my razr with a case is the same or thinner than stock x without case. Great phone thus far.

I almost went with razr, but on 2/29 they were offering the maxx for $199 and i still had my final NE2 $30 discount. So in the end i got the maxx for $169.99. I am very hapoy and with smart actions i get almost 2 days of battery.

My buddy has a razrr and says it only lasts from 8am-12 on 1charge.
That's a deal breaker for me.
