WHAT?? Is your phone recognized in the computer? Look in your control panel and make sure the phone is showing in there. And you do have it set to "MTP Device"?

Pull down your notification bar and tap USB Connections and make sure.

I'm sorry I thought it was recognised because it shows up under "computer" as Droid Razr...but when I go to controll panel it is not under devices...there is something under "unspecified" that says MTP...looks like my phone
