[ROM] Maverick ROM for the D3 v4.0

Having some trouble with Launcher2, I noticed the same trouble with mavrom 3.5. When using launcher2 4 button hotseat, I can't add dialer to the left hotseat, it tells me that application isn't installed. Also, when using the 4 button hotseat, landscape strips out the outer 2 hotseats. Anyone else seeing this?

Ill check it out. For now you can just reflash the rom for the dark theme.
Thanks, forgot that was the default theme.. Anyways, dunno if it's supposed to reboot your device without notice.

I have some questions though:
- What's the difference between the boostedASSv2 and mot_hotplug governor? I am seeing some rather unexpected results if I benchmark it in AnTuTu. It seems my score is far best with mot_hotplug (score around 5300) compared to boostedASSv2 but also the performance governor (around 3700)
- Is there a way to fully disable the default lockscreen (also when unlocking the SIM)? I use WidgetLocker, but still at unlocking my SIM I get the default lockscreen and if I unlock that, it often turns off my screen again and then I have to unlock WidgetLocker, quite annoying.
- Is there a changelog for the base firmwares? I am curious about the changes from .905 - .906, but I can't seem to find any info on it.

I use widgetlocker but never see the default lockscreen except for 1x in the beginning after rebooting...

Btw, not sure if this is a mavrom problem or not, but everytime I use my phone for bluetooth tether it suddenly reboots after a couple of minutes :(

There is one problem that I've had ever since I downloaded 3.5. I use the Dark Theme, and my battery number in the notification bar never goes above 99. In the battery settings it says it's fully charged in the morning, but the number still says 99.

i asked the same thing a while ago, about 3.0 i think :)
its normal. since the phone is continuously discharging once its took out of the socket. so 100% is only when connected to socket.

Well, what is 'normal'.. In the stock rom it's not this way, as well as in every other Android phone and ROM I've tried.
But it's no problem, if you know it.. I was calibrating my battery several times because of this phenomenon. :icon_rolleyes:

its debatable...once it start consuming, it cannot be still at 100%, right ?:)
but i understand your argument, because i considered the same one. if you consider 99,9% being 100% :)

Alright, ill explain this one more time. On a stock system, it only reads the battery by 10%(some devices are 20%). Because of this, it will read 100% until it hits 95%, then itll read 90% until it hits 85% and so on and so forth. When you unplug, you are discharging and it is impossible to be at 100% when discharging.

Off course the first second it's being discharged it can't be fully 100% anymore, but in my opinion it's illogical to immediately round it off downwards.
I have a CM7 rom on my HTC HD2 and the battery level also decreases by 1% increments, but I don't see the same thing happen. But like I said, it's not a real issue, only a bit confusing.

Thats due to a different manufacturer and how the hardware reads the battery level. All devices are going to be a little bit different.

I also believe it's an issue with the stock kernel. I put in a super extended battery and the battery lasted forever at 15 percent. Even after a few days it continued doing so after charges. I think the kernel that Moto provided is complete crap like our phones. Sigh sorry venting. If we had a new kernel it would more than likely reflect a better battery reading.

I'm really enjoying Maverick 4.0 but am I the only one having problems with Facebook contacts not syncing/showing up in my Contacts?
