I just pulled the update down. Glad I stayed up a bit longer.

Seems to be hanging up on the restarting applications screen... Status icon frozen... anyone else pause on that screen for a while too?

The fonts look smaller in Gmail. I have to play around to see if I can make them larger.

Update failed..... of course.

I wonder what's causing this.. I've tried updating twice and I've went through and deleted some rooted applications that I thought might affect the update, but nothing. I am thinking of FDRing. It'd probably be best for my phone anyways..

Got it installed. Took about 1hr exactly to download, verify, and install.

It's... it's beautiful.

So, mine is completely bone stock. It hung up where it was starting applications and failed to continue. I did a simulated battery pull, and it blew straight through everything and fired right up into ICS. Everything was cool, but my gallery quit working and when I got a call I had no ringtone. I'm in the process of a factory reset right now to see if there was something weird going on. Hopefully I'll report back soon all is well...

Factory reset fixed it! Now to learn this new setup....
