It would be nice. Would fix some issues that some source ROMs are having.

can't wait... roms are cool. but the real thing without buggy stuff will be nice.

If you're running the latest version of Froyo, it's not going to be much different then the OTA. Do you really think it will be bug free? I'll bet there is no difference at all that you will notice other then if you go back to stock you won't be able to overclock.

I believe the rumor came from a reliable source. However things can happen with release dates so who knows.

I do know this. If they do start releasing tomorrow don't expect to get it tomorrow. It will be in distribution for several days.
