Most impressive feature of the Droid RAZR?

Does this phone have android 2.3? What kernel version?
I am definitely liking that is has the super amoled plus screen! (is that moto's first??)
I'm thinking of ditching my droid 2 global and getting this with my birthday money refurbished...

I may also end up going with the galaxy nexus (prime) if it comes out soon enough before I get tired of putting up with my d2g. Do you mean you hope I don't get refurbished?

Haha just noticed your reply...I gotcha...lol Yes indeed! I hate to say it...but I'm either going with the prime, or going to a carrier with the next google phone.... But...me being a major moto fan...the razor is really bugging me now...I gotsta choose???? Just would love to hear they will be out as once stated by a few other threads..2 weeks? I really like the CF backing...

It's not Carbon Fiber, it's Kevlar Fiber (i.e. KF).
