Moto X or Droid Turbo?

The turbo charger is still compatible and works the same with the 2014 Moto X it just doesn't come with the X out of the box. You just have to buy it separately. I like having the standard charger that came with it and the turbo charger for when I need it.

There's a member with my sentiments. I will definitely be using a standard (i.e. slow), charger for every night charging and keep the Turbo charger for those emergency situations (if I even need it based on the battery size.)

I have no need for the turbo charger. Charging any battery to fast does not help the life of a battery. Some will say it does not hurt I will respectfully disagree.

I've still got my Moto X (first generation) and I do like the size, but I feel that 5.2" is a good medium. That's why I love my 2014 Moto X. I'm just trying to find out if I can tolerate the size of the nexus 6. I'm not thinking so, so I'll probably just stick with my moto x with the turbo charger.

The moto x 2014 fits my needs more than either the droid turbo or the nexus 6 and that says a lot considering I got my bamboo-backed 2014 moto x brand new for $390 cash off contract.

Having choice is what is most awesome.

And that price is something to keep in mind. Turbo for $599 at 32GB, $649 for 64GB, versus the Moto X 2014 at $390 (how'd you get that price??)

I will back THIS ^^ 100%. There is PLENTY of third party proof of his claims and it's what I've been saying for years.

I was lucky enough to find a brand new white front, bamboo-backed 16gb 2014 Moto X for $390 on craigslist. The guy was asking $450 but I threw the $390 offer at him and he accepted. I was super happy especially considering it was brand new. It still had the original motorola plastic on the screen and included everything including an unused charger (this is nice so I can keep it in the original packaging and use my old Moto X1 charger alongside the turbo chager).

The Moto X1 and the Moto X2 stock chargers are the same. Obviously the turbo charger is quite different and would provide little to no benefit to the Moto X1.

That make's sense.

That would be nice if it could get down that low, but I don't see them dropping it more than $100 - at least for the first price drop.
Flash sale. [emoji1] If I remember correctly last year they had it for $249. Regular price was $399. So $150 is not out of the question. Especially if sales are slow.

Tap'd from my Droid Turbo

Yeah I just don't see it dropping that low initially. It's already cheaper than all the other 2014 flagships in terms of off contract pricing correct?
