Motorola Droid Turbo Soak Test Invites Hitting Inboxes; Android 5 or just Maintenance?

Update version 21.44.8 it is for Advanced calling. Said and other enhancements but not sure what those are yet.

According to 94lt1 or may be something to avoid.
 
I did the same thing .. Just check for what ever .. and it was there I got no notice, perhaps I was to quick to check...
Okay now I can go back to my old Ivatar
 
Interesting you guys are getting the update when the soak hasn't even completed yet.
Maybe they are releasing it to a few more to see what happens with the system.
 
Now that I have it I have to learn how to use it
Settings, than click on advanced calling and follow the directions.
If you are on a business plan, who ever manages your phone lines has to enable it on the web instead of your phone.

Not surprising. This is what I posted in another thread here just yesterday:

"It seems like the last couple of Moto/Verizon soak tests were extremely short in duration. Like a matter of days, not weeks, between soak and full blown OTA rollout. (Moto X 2013 for Kit Kat and 2014 for Lollipop come to mind). Let's see what happens after the actual soak goes out!"

More likely though, the soak is for Lollipop, which this update is not.
