My motorola xt912 is not booting.

I got a razr xt912 and it wont boot. It doesn't turn on unless I plug it in. It loads the M logo, then it goes from 0% battery to 5%. Then about 15 seconds later it goes to 100%. And it doesn't boot up to the home screen. I tried everything. Any help?

Sounds like the battery has finally failed. It's amazing it has lasted that long, as old as that phone is.

Is it replaceable?

I'm pretty sure it has to be disassembled to be replaced, it's not something you can just pop out.
