No way! I hope this is totally wrong...that would make it a Non Droid making it BINGed.

Been observing this thread for a while, and haven't posted yet.

But there seems to be a phone already called that: Clicky!
Plus, that would make it not be a droid, and miami has already confirmed that it is definitely going to be a droid.

Well that is what this phone was from the beginning. A Desire HD. Always has been. Maybe a 1.2Ghz processor and HDMI thrown in for us. I could care less what name it'll be given. Long as I own it soon!!

The Merge and IncHD are two different units.

This phone everyone is fussing over is a Desire HD that came out in Europe and Asia months ago that will maybe be upgraded a little like how the Droid 2 was to the Global with a boost in processor speed. Plain and simple. HTC isn't going to make a whole new device for America. Verizon might call it a different name or something but who knows. Watch the YouTube videos of the Desire HD and even if it comes to us exactly like it already is, I'd still buy it.

I really don't think that the HD Desire is the Phone!!! The Incredible HD is a different phone and the link that was attached was for the HTC Desire HD a Different phone. Verizon can Not use the same name as T-mobile for the phone.
