Need help with messaging

Hey guys I'm using Handcent as my default and use the custom notification settings such as different colored LED and icon. However the custom vibrate patterns do not work on my phone. When I hit "test notification" it works however when I get a real text, I get one long violent vibrate, not the multiple short ones I had set. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Wait for Handcent to fix the issue would be my guess. I guess you could try reinstalling the program or doing a battery pull in the meantime.

I did a reinstall and I believe it works! Thanks for the advice

Ya mine works fine on the newest software as well
