Need PC ( Win 7 ) Software 4 Droid Sync

I live off my Droid phone and I love it.

I really want to be able to organize contacts/music/movies/apps basically my whole droid on my PC and be able to sync it to my Droid in one sitting

Is there any software out there that does something like this?

I'm not using anything from my PC to my Droid

Right now I do everyone on Droid. I don't think I've ever connected my Droid to my Laptop for anything.

I'm just wanting to find software that I can basically sit at the laptop and select what apps i want on my phone, add music/ringtones/movies etc

and just something more organized.

I want more control over my Droid I guess
