Don't believe you can. Other than reflashing 2.2.

Yea, you know whats weird? Now, when you activate your phone they ask you for the last 4 digits of your SS#... they never did that before

no once the baseband is updated it remains. Only way to get the current baseband .03p is flash the update.zip of it.

I did and its freaking me out....

it asked me for billing password and I'm on a company plan so had my wife text the person who is in charge of new activations and phones. had quite a scare as it used to be just press "1"

all is well now though. phew

How to Update for Non Root?

How does one update for non rooted user? i boot into recovery and try to apply update.zip. I get a File Signature error?

Trying to help a buddy of mine who refuses to root (warranty reasons or whatever).

Help?
