He's not using root explorer he using Astro. So it would have been the folder as he can't even see the file.

well now its doing nothing, its sitting at the moto sign... it was installing from SD card, now sitting here helpless

give it a minute. you just installed a ROM

and if it is looping or froze, that can be fixed pretty easily.

Give it some time - the initial boot can take a bit

Also... after it does boot back up with the new ROM.... let it reload all of your Apps before you start trying to tinker with it.... depending on how many apps it's trying to reload, the Droid may be slightly sluggish due to all the downloading and reinstalling of the apps

There's no danger here because you made a backup. So if this thing doesn't install, we will put the backup on and then I am going to show you the ways of SP Recovery.
