We love it in MIUI.
Some people don't like it, so rather than using it by default, make it an option in GEM Settings.

That'd be great.

I'd like to see an option to be able to turn on the led lights from the lockscreen. I love the flashlight apps like TeslaLed, but it's kind of a hassle to unlock your phone first when you need a quick light. I figured it may be possible since there is already music controls on the lockscreen.

i dont no if this was already mentioned but LED notification controls like in cm6 where you can set different colors for different notifications and have the different colors cycle through depending on the type and number of notifications

The most functional and useful thing of MIUI is the toggle switches for Wifi, gps, plane mode, etc. in the notification drop down menu. I imagine this is somewhat difficult to incorporate in the rom or someone else wouldve already done it. Just an idea..

or you could install DE over 1.1.4 and actually have the DE lockscreen like me

Well I was running it last night and there was a lot of black on black and white on white in some apps. I was gonna wait till I fix came along. Though I didn't realize DarkEdge was compatible with Sapphire so thank you for that though for future reference.

for your wow/bob apps- did u run dark edge tools and then the metamorph for the apps cuz if u dont then alot of the apps will be f-ed up (ex:facebook)

and the only downside of running it on sapphire right now is that you lose gem settings so in order to get back there u have to create a shortcut to there on ur homescreen before u put the theme on

Custom bootanimation sounds, where the desc file in bootanimation.zip plays a particular audio file.

The /system/bin/bootanimation file from the R2D2 D2 phone allows for this, and works on my Droid (I'm porting the EVO StarTrek LCARS bootanimation and sound, and it works flawlessly with that other file)

^ This. Its sometimes annoying when the default music app somehow starts on its own as a service, and when you use the controls for Pandora, it kicks on playing both.

Also, Ad Hoc support
