New Google Maps Update

Bugless Beast v1.1 here. New Google maps installed fine. I haven't noticed any changes unless the layer, Transit Lines, is new.

Running Froyo 2.2. Install fails every time.

First time this has happened to me, and I do have market fix installed Also had 3 other updates that did install successfully. Just not Google Maps.

Edit: Watching the install the Installation error says Package file was not signed correctly. Whatever that means.

I can almost guarantee it's a theming problem. I'm gonna flash back to BB 0.2.1 with no theme and see if it'll install then.

1. Latitude finds suggested friends for you to add
2. Search results auto expands as you scroll
3. Transit station pages show upcoming departures.

Did anyone try uninstalling Maps and reinstalling this version? I don't have titanium and apparently MyBackup doesn't back up Google Maps.

I tried this, didn't work.

now I can't restore the backup from Titanium backup either....

I've tried removing android/data/maps as well.

still no luck, I can see it in the market, but it won't install fresh, and I can't restore my backups.

Mapless, hope I don't have to restore an old nandroid to get it back.

Yep, BB 0.1 Froyo - Google Maps install unsuccessful. Didn't see (will search) the market fix for Google Maps, but will see if that helps get 4.3.0 installed.

Searching DF now for market fix.
