Sweet, thanks. I just got the Acer A700 yesterday running ICS, and I'm looking into launchers. Sorry to threadjack here. Somewhat relevant to this thread, though, is that now that I have a tablet that I can see without going blind, I may rely on my Bionic less. Then again, ICS is SWEET so I look forward to running it on my phone. I'll wait for the OTA.

Has anyone noticed if some of your apps are not staying frozen. 2 of my apps eventually defrost after a period Of time. Play movies and play books. I have frozen these 2 apps successfully before on gingerbread.

Another issue : I am trying out apex and when I insert the stock weather widget it does not load the initial weather data. It has a status loading and has been that way for hours. Of course the weather widget works without issue on the stock launcher

Are you actually trying to freeze them or just disable them in manage apps?

That would be your issue then. They can just be disabled through manage apps

Streaming Netflix is 10 times faster on Ics! Seriously, it's amazing.no data drops at all compared to at least one every fifteen minutes before. Someone actually knew what they were doing with this update

How is that done. I done see anything that suggest disabling in the manage apps when i select one of those apps.

If it says uninstall update, do that and then it will say disable

How specifically? I only see options to force close or uninstall.
