It was just a minor update to the radio firmware. Another OTA is still coming.

Not yet. Late last week David Schuster of Moto promised an update on approximate timing as soon as he is allowed to (Verizon decides when he's allowed to.)

Due to a big security problem with OpenSSL on 4.4.3 they had to wait for 4.4.4 to come out yesterday. It'll be a minimum of 3-5 weeks before the update is ready, so, mid to late July at the earliest. See https://plus.google.com/107653147227871752771/posts/bA3C6nm8aLX
