No weather while in dock...

Yup, mine is back too.

Has anyone else gotten any buttons but just the weather setup button when tapping the temp? I've seen it twice now where there are three buttons and one says radar, although it goes away and doesn't seem to come back except when the location resets.

a simple restart fixed it on mine, so no clue.I bet if I use it all day, then try to see the weather on the "multimedia" station, it will be blank...does not makes sense that a restart fixes it if it is indeed a "server" issue.

What is very interesting, is that while accuweather seems to have made this part of the dock, they havent made a widget or app for DL in the marketplace, so you would have the same thing that you could add to your home screen when off the dock ....

actually accuweather has an app and a widget in the marketplace, you should prolly do a search for that

everyone else who has tried rebooting, resetting and re-everything else hasn't had any luck with that solution. it started working again today after almost a week of downtime for most people.

I don't think the "restart" fixed it... I think it was the luck of timing. Plenty of people have tried restarting, reboot, even resetting their device and at those times when "nobody" is getting the weather information, it does not come back.

I also noticed last night that the bottom soft keys don't stay lit when its in the dock at night. Really nice as they were too bright.
Anybody else notice this? I assume it has to do with the 2.01 update???

wulp mine was working this morning and now i'm getting the --F again. at least it's able to find my location, just no temp.

Mine is working but the temperature is way off, even from what it says for the same location on the accuweather web page. Points to something with their servers I would think. It would be nice if we could just choose from a variety of widgets to put in that spot. The weather service we like the most, or news headlines, or rotate between a couple of things, etc.

Same here. I don't even remember now if it only shows temp, or if it also has an icon to tell if it's raining, snowing, etc. It's been that long since I've seen it work.

I received my update on Thursday of last week. Just docked it now, and the weather was not showing. I was able to update it this time. I think the problem was with the AccuWeather servers, but it seems pretty random as far as working/not working.
