Im not familiar with clockwork. But to achieve tee equivalent of what happens in SPRecovery I say do a factory data reset.

Did you get it to successfully boot after you rooted it? When exactly did it start boot looping

Yes it is in 3-5 min cycle.

It was successfully running for 2 days and then i tried running shadow rom. That was around 12pm today.

I am having this exact issue but it wont boot past the M screen? Anyone? If I go to clockwork and do a factory wipe it goes to the M screen and still stays? HELP!!

What I would do is if you haven't already downloaded the ROM that you want to load, download it on your computer (make sure it is the ROM for clockwork) and then put it somewhere on your sd card, it doesn't matter where you put it if you are using clockwork. Then put your card in your phone and boot into recovery and click install zip from card and locate the Rom on your card and choose it. then let it do that and see if it will boot

My SD card is showing blank. empty

Its not going to work unless you rename the rom from update.zip.zip to just update.zip. if you are using windows it hides file extensions by default so you just need to rename it update
The file extension (.zip) is attached it just doesn't show on windows. When you put it on the sd card and put it in your phone it will show up as update.zip
And to avoid confusion in the future I would just turn off the hide file extensions option
