jcardona1, what wallpaper is that on your screenshot? I would love to copy your screen exactly (don't forget, imitation is a sincere form of flattery!) and I found the link to the red icons, but since they are in RAR compressed form, what do I do from there? This is NOT in my comfort zone! LOL!

OR, just send JonKyu a PM and ask him, he won't bite your head off...at least I don't think he will
Important! A few of the Skins you can download from "BW's Skin server" do not have the .nomedia file required to keep the skin images from showing up in the Gallery app(s).
So far these are the Skins available from the BW skin server that the skin maker did not include the .nomedia file.

Charcoal
Create or copy from another skin directory the .nomedia file into the skin directories of the above skins (or any other) that are showing up in your Gallery.
You will have to set the option for hidden files to be shown in Astro in order to create or see this file. Menu>View>Change View> Set directory option, check "Show Hidden Files", then Apply, then tap "List" (or Icons if you prefer that type view).
I have sent Tama this info and I am sure it will be corrected in the AM. BUT, if you have downloaded any of these skins you will need to add the .nomedia file, or delete those skin directories and download them again later when they are fixed.
To those that make skins PLEASE make sure this file is included with the skin files. It is included in the SkinDevKit and the instructions state it needs to be there.

I'm having a problem with the new skins. I download a skin and apply and save it. It's on the screen and looks great. I mounted my sd card and added some files to the wallpaper directory. When I unmounted it the BW skin had reverted back to the stock one. I reapplied the naked skin and mounted the sd card again. I moved some files to and from the card, unmounted, and the skin reverted back to stock again. Anyone else having this issue, possible glitch?
Sort of a glitch, sort of not. BW needs to read from the SD card for the skin files. When you Mount the SD Card it can not be read by the Droid and it's programs like BW.
If you notice it doesn't change back to the default skin until the time changes (minute number changes) when the SD card is mounted. This is because BW is trying to read from the SD card to change the digit and can't, so it uses the default skin.
BUT, once you unmount the SD card IF you will be patient for a maximum of 59 seconds your installed skin will reappear the next time the minute digit changes as BW reads once again from the SD card. OR, if can't wait that long you can just open the weather and hit Menu>Refresh.

Is there a place to download all the skins ppl are making instead of searching threw this thread. I want that carbon fiber one asap.
I've submitted my updates to both of my blackflipper skins... hopefully they are updated soon!
I plan to put links to all the skins(that are not in the BW Skin server) in the 1st post as they are posted/released in this thread. So you can just check it (page 1, post #1) on occasion for new skins.
So far all the "finished" ones posted are already on the BW Skin server.

so happy skins are available...tho this is one of those times where instead of waiting for what i want to be available, what i've wanted is available on day one (naked droid). it'll still be fun to see what new skins everyone comes up with, but naked bw isnt goin anywhere. thanks tama, keep up the great work.

Got this update and really like the skins a lot, but how does one deskin/revert back to the stock skin? I can't seem to figure that out at all. I like the new ones, but I also like the stock one as well.

Haha you read my mind! I was thinking of making a leather skin, great find on the image looks great! I might be able to make one in the future.
There should be a setting in your downloaded skins section that says "default skin" or something like that. I'm guessing that should change your skin back to stock.
Don't give up!!! lol The AM/PM images are actually located in the airportone folder. Unfortunately Tama didn't include a PSD file of it so I had a hard time searching for it also. It's fairly easy to modify it though, pretty much all you need is the image size and the approx placing of the text to make sure it looks right once applied. And to do the dots just open the number.psd file and type in a ":" colon in the same font size and style (or different size and style depending on the type of effect your trying to create) and save it as a .png. Good luck! Don't be shy sharing it when it's done
