My corporate email will no longer sync or get past the incoming server settings....

Okay. Just installed.
Not too impressed. A mixed bag.

Pros so far
1. Blue tooth dialing!!! Yaaayyyy! I sooo needed this but it should have been in 2.1, or 1.1 for that matter.
2. Additional screens of course

Cons so far.
1. Well it could have been a Pro but they screwed up the new password feature! If you choose to use a PIN instead of the pattern, which is more secure since someone can't learn your pattern based on the smudges on the screen, then you're forced to swipe across the screen on screen wakeup to get to the password, enter the password AND hit ok!!
Gad! Instead of one quick swipe I now have to do a swipe and FIVE button presses with a 4 digit code! Try THAT while driving!!
Dammit! Who tests this stuff out?
But I suppose that's not THAT big of a deal since I can now dial the phone, including random numbers, via bluetooth without even taking the phone out of my holster! Yay!!
2. Still doesn't look like it supports N Wifi. Another big blunder, imo, if they missed that!

So, I guess, since I loved the phone to begin with it's now even better.

Dare I say that I'm looking forward to 2.3?

My corporate sync has failed to work after update as well. Other then that and the Market issues everyone else is having, so far it's peachy.

Just updated and so far, it's running great! My only concern is with the Messaging stock app. Now, it shows "Me" and a grey android icon when I text someone. When you click on "me" it says "add to contacts?" Is there any way to get rid of this without adding myself as a contact?

My Droid seems to be running slower. When in home screen, I have to wait a few seconds for my Widgets and apps to appear... are the two new pages doing this? Is it my live wallpaper?
I have a feeling that my solution is to go with a static wallpaper, or removed a widget or two. Anyone else getting this, or have a solution?

Ediit: I have also looked everywhere and can't find the iTunes streaming. Anyone found it?

Updated to Froyo and now getting low phone memory warnings

Even though I have plenty of memory left, it won't even let me install a simple application like swype because it saids the memory is too low which it isn't. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

I'm sorry, I wish I could help. I just forced the 2.2 update to my Droid 1 and have had no issues whatsoever. Don't lose hope. This forum is an amazing place for the fact that there are so many who know so much about these things. I just thought I'd share that my forced updated was seamless. I have only a small amount of apps installed on my Droid 1. I can't be sure if it's apps that are creating a software conflict, but I seeing as how I have an extremely minimal amount of apps installed on my phone, I can't help but wonder if that has something to do with it.

okay Dolphin Hd browser is now lagging and crashing to hell, so i uninstalled it. ashame it's really nice i was going to buy it thursday. as far as flash goes the link to the file is main post by cereal killer. good luck all. I think it's great.

Ahah! i just noticed something else. i can't load a pandora widget onto my homescreen since the udate. weird all the other music player apps work just fine.

So I look in my downloads in the market and only 2 apps that I updated with the update all post 2.2 update show up. Other apps i have installed when i search market show installed in the status on the list. Any clues.

UPDATE: After two reboots everything is back.

Has anyone figured out how to sync any Calendar Aps (Android Agenda Widget or Pure Calendar) with 2.2? I've tried both and neither is able to sync up with the 2.2 Calendar, even though it looks like they are attempting to do so.

Also, I've been noticing some off and on issues with Notifications in Handscent with the update. Sometimes, I just flat out am not notified of incoming texts. No audible notification, no icon in the Notification Bar, and no flashing LED.

Small issues like that are not a huge deal, but it is quite annoying that this is the case... Don't mind because 2.2 is blazing fast and more than makes up for any shortcomings with its speed in opening aps and freeing up RAM.

Is there no fix for the Market problem yet? Is this because of the build number of 2.2 for the Droid?

I had btunes installed as my music player, but I went to use it today and it wouldnt show any artists or anythig so i went to uninstall and reinstall and now I cant find btunes 2.1+ in the market. only btunes for android 1.6 is there. i cleared my markets cache and everything. first of all does btunes work on 2.2? and does anybody have the btunes apk file?
