Its two dollars that's more than worth it. Another option is you can reboot recovery from inside the Liberty Toolbox.

Ok so when I tired tht app it let me get to recovery but when I tried installing the rom it said it couldn't find it then I tried to install it from liberty toolbox and it rebooted and gave me a black screen with some words tht popped up to fast to see then started the phone over again so idk wat to do?

Try pulling the battery and restarting the phone.

I'm guessing that what you did was select the "wipe data/factory reset" option, which doesn't actually restore your phone to its factory condition if you've already installed a custom ROM. All you've done is erase everything in the "/data" directory of your phone's internal memory. Normally, that includes any apps you've installed yourself after flashing the ROM, but in your case, all you've done is get rid of Liberty Toolbox and several other things that Liberty puts in "/data" upon installation. You can reinstall Liberty Toolbox from the Android Market.

You won't find Backup Assistant on most blurless ROMs like Liberty. However, you don't really need it when Android syncs all your phone contacts with your GMail contact list by default! Having said that, I've been away from blur for so long that I have no idea if the stock Motorola ROM actually does that by default.

Ok well now tht I do have this rom on here I do not like it. I kno I backed up my previous rom I just don't know where to find it or how to go about replacing this one with my old one. And of course I did reinstall toolbox and also got a diff theme however I hate it I wanna go back to wat I previously had. How do I go about tht?
