Official Team D1-MIUI-10.29-V6.X Release

I see a lot of people saying that it might be done and others saying that it isn't. But, I definitely hope that it isnt because this is the only ROM that I can run on my replacement Droid and if it's no longer being ported to the Droid I don't know what I'll do. Go back to stock I guess. Which is a big part of why I rooted to begin with.

dj, not to worry the old war horse is still one of the best phones out......what it lacks in a little bit of speed we make up for in overclocking. i can have any phone i want for work and i wouldn't use anything else.

My other Droid was but this one...not so much. Any other ROM I try install I start off in the 120s, 130s and I've tried different kernels, makes, voltages, speeds, nothing has kept it decent except this ROM. I love MIUI but I like being able to customize and I haven't learned how to use metamorph and all that. I'd love to learn though. And where do you work? Seems like it would be nice to be able to have all those phones at your disposal. Especially with the new line ups. I want the D Inc HD but I don't even know what to believe about that phone anyone

sure can I actually have a blackberry storm2 thats brand new thats supposed to be my corprate phone but scored a droid as a gift so shifted from BB exchange to active sync. figured i could hack away on the droid since i have a back up in the ready otherwise would have to be a little tamer on the droid.

Okay V0.7 is about to go live. It's not the same as V6.5 for people who were testing it for me. It is the next official release from V6.4. I choose to rename it to 0.7 because all the updates from v6 have been incremental updates. This rom has been slimmed down quiet a bit so I will provide a bunch of update.zips to replace the apps I removed if they're relevant.



From now on new releases will start at V0.1

Replaced LatinIME with lighter version (more responsive and smaller footprint)

Added Milestone Boot animation (fits the entire screen now)

Ads are blocked by default (Some newer apps may still show ads, use adfree to update)

Removed all "extra" apps (available in update.zip's)

Added custom Launcher (better wallpapers and smaller)

Added logcat fix Credit to Jamezelle, Thanks to Freaky Zekey for bringing it to my attention

Made some other minor changes to system to further development

EDIT: I'm ready to try this new ROM. I'm glad most if not all ads are blocked because that was killing me and AdFree wasn't doing the trick for some reason
