i can confirm after full wipe 5x each music app shows...but sadly after applying the new blackops theme phone reboots as soon as you pull down the notification bar...only thing this rom is missing is the new browser...great rom thanks for all the hard work cant wait for next release...

You know that wiping more than once is redundant and a total waste of time, right..?

wellllllll, i can safely say its not a smart idea to flash v0.7, then immediately flash Black'Ups without rebooting lol. got stuck in a bootloop. still have yet to flash blackups to see if i have the same notification reboot problem..ill report back soon as i do

which new browser? MIREN browser? if thats what you mean, im pretty sure thats not part of MIUI. i could be wrong (but i dont think i am) so if thats what you mean you should install that seperately

yes miren..which it isn't miui but it does go well with the rom..an i wiped installed rom rebooted then rebooted back to recovery installed the theme and still got the notification pull down prob..yes i do believe wiping more than once is over kill but better safe than sorry for the guys who only wanted to only comment on my wiping skills...left or right handed lol jk...

Thanks to mO for all your hard work, and whiskeycoke for the new theme! This ROM has been great for me through several versions, and I'm enjoying the new look with the Black Ups theme. No reboots for me with the notifications bar yet... (fingers crossed) :blackdroid:

try both at the same time lol and idk if miren is gonna be added into MIUI. you should just install it separately.


i just installed Black'Ups theme and NO FORCE CLOSES AT ALL! not on the install, not on the notification bar pull down, nothing. idk if it would have anything to do with it, but could the kernel that some people are using be adding to the problem? im using Slayher's 1.1Ghz v1.6 kernel and i havent had a single problem that anyone has reported. every time i install anything its been working pretty seamlessly.

Edit: i lied lol the MIUI music didnt show up. not a big deal though im gonna manually install it

Alright, I had an older backup of MIUI that I reloaded and I'm getting the pull down reboot. I'll dig in and see what I can find.

BTW, I suggested the multi-wipe. When I first started switching roms it was suggested by someone and I've just stuck with it. I honestly have no idea if it makes a damn bit of difference but I guess it makes me feel like I'm really doing something special if I wipe more than once. I always use my right hand, it gets messy if I have to use my left.

by the way, any possible means of getting the original lockscreen locker back? this one's cool but looks way too 2D and isnt quite transparent enough.

I think I'm going to try and copy more of the framework folder with the theme files. My theory is something is remaining inside that folder calling for a file that isn't there. The first attempt failed so I'll try some more...

That's messed up man! I didn't have a problem on my first rom and it was pretty hacked up. Let me try a couple things and if I getting working I'll hit you up to test it. PM me your email address and I'll send you the link when I get it sorted.

For some reason MIUI music still wont appear, ive trie clearin the Launcher data, pasted in system/app and changed permissions and rebooted. still cant get it to appear
