Official Team D1-MIUI-10.29-V6.X Release

woke up for work and metickone didn't put out new miui, so i ended it all.

haha, made me laugh

i keep forgetting metick's on PST. looking forward to the release, and thanks for all the hard work metick/zen, appreciate you guys giving me something to look forward to and to do every day :) (besides go to work and be so bored id love to strangle someone)

Last night I added a 6th item to my MIUI launcher dock. When I rebooted this morning it was missing from the dock (and the icon was missing from the launcher as well when I was looking to add it back to the dock).

I added a different app to the dock and rebooted and it happened again. It looks like it removes the last icon on the dock when I add a 6th app. Just wanted to give a heads up on this bug I found.

This happened to me as well. Removed the phone button. A reboot restored it however.

Strange, I've had six apps in my dock for several days now with no problem.

I wonder if it could be apps that are on your SD card? Apps on the SD card take longer to initialize (if you notice immediately after a reboot the icons are the generic app placeholder icons). It is plausible that MIUI might remove an app that has not been properly initialized yet.

No luck with waiting on it to initialize or a guidot's idea of a reboot (in fact rebooted a couple times). I can only have 5 apps on the dock bar after a reboot. Once again the app is then no longer on the launcher but not uninstalled. To get the icon to appear again on the launcher I am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also, I tested having a 6th app on the dock that was on the phone vs the SD card and I had the same disappearing results.

This time though it was the fifth icon on the dock that disappeared and not the 6th on as it has in the past.

Well my batteries about halfway gone. It doesn't usually drain to half for about 2 more hours. Might have to go back to the other rom I was on.

Though I did flash this version when I was at about 80 percent battery life the other day. Should I do the clear battery stats thing? If so, can you link me to that post or tell me what to do.

have you tried setting some profiles in SetCPU? my battery has always been pretty good with this ROM surprisingly, but i set some profiles in my setcpu and now my battery lasts a good 1-2 hours longer than normal.
again this is assuming youre using setcpu

Is there an easy led fix? no notification lights it up.

Check out notifications and trackball settings.

I'm not seeing it. Can you possibly explain what you mean a little more?

Yeah, sorry about the quick almost non response, was setting up my football game to record.

Settings > Personal > Sound > set a trackball color and turn on Pulse notification light.
