VZW reps will never know more than the general public will, they find out solid information MAYBE 2-3 days before anything is released. If you want to pick any VZW rep's brains go to your local corporate store and find the nerdiest, techiest looking one and I can guarantee you you'll get more info from them then you will from an over the phone customer service rep who doesn't work anywhere near a live phone with actual customer issues ever.
