Old D1-MIUI-0.12.24.0

Nope I just put it in a zip file so I can attach it, just move the build.prop to sd card and place it in system folder with root explorer
it this a flashable like a rom..the market is the only thing holding me back from flashing 12.24 cause im still on 12.3.2.....

thank u..easy enough.....this version rocks and i restored my protected apps with titanium..no problems...glad i flashed this very nice job....much more smoother than 12.3.2......................................kudos...........

I think you are mistaking the two. Jrizzil isn't working on any fixes as far as I'm aware. Jamezelle is part of the Team D1-MIUI dev's, Jrizzil isn't. Jrizzil is just a MIUI user much like all of us who makes unofficial mods which sometimes include fixes he himself finds for MIUI and shares them here with all of you. It's all good though, Jamezelle and MetiCkOne need all the help they can get, it's not easy doing ports of new versions every single week.

In any case, Jamezelle is the one working on these fixes right now.

I knew he wasn't on the team but his usually has some fixes included and Jamezelle is making fixes so I didn't know if maybe one had more than the other or something. Anyway, thanks for the info!

My Droid was charged to 100% six hours ago. The last 2.5 hours, the WiFi has been on and connected. As of this typing, I am at 85% battery remaining. I have never had this kind of battery life before. So either it is the best build ever for me, or there is a problem reporting battery life.

Plus, I have SetCPU set to 800.

Enter as :

$su
#cd /cache/dalvik-cache
#rm *
#reboot

Sorry for the confusion. verify what file contains the dalvik and adjust accordingly

Oh, okay. Thanks, man. Now, I can flash the fix hopefully.

You don't need to do this yet. MIUI 0.12.24 doesn't create the system dex files in /cache/ because of a broken file. Jamezelle is aware of this and the fixes will include this fix as well.

The only thing you "might" have to do is clear /data/dalvik-cache/ after applying the fix he's making, but I'm fairly sure he'll include a /data/dalvik-cache/ wipe in the updater-script to force the phone to refresh the dalvikvm cache and free up some 30MBs worth of dex files located in the /data/ partition right now.

So sit tight and relax, chances are you don't need to wipe/format your dalvik-cache at all.

Edit: NVM, missed Jamezelle's post about wiping cache and wiping dalvik-cache after applying the fix he's finishing up, lol.

Good idea ill just add that to the install script

You can easily pull GenieWidget.apk from previous MIUI build and push it to /system/app/ to get it back, you know?

sitting on pins and needles awaiting the fix for the market issue. I have been on 12.24 since it came out and have not had a issue other then 2 random reboots, but tonight tried to DL an app from the market and BAM as soon as it downloads and goes to Installing it goes into a soft reboot. So I flashed 5 different kernels and no luck. I was thinking about going back to 12.3 but i think i will hold off

Hmm that sucks, this have been the best build for my phone. Runs great no reboots on 1.2LV Kernel, everything good just hope to see built in screenshot work again.

Hope you get yours sorted out and fixed.

(: back to lord of the rings :D
