Is anyone having problems with PowerAmp? I use the widget and when I am playing something and i go back to the homescreen, nd then back into poweramp using the icon (not the widget) it will reset whatever is playing. I think it does this because it always rescans the library everytime I go into the app. Wasnt doing this on LFY. Anyone have any ideas?

what is the best ad blocker?

I use root tools. Not only do you get to block ads but it has a lot of other features as well for changing fonts, boot animations, etc but it's paid. Most people use ad blocker but that tends to not work for me but others have had positive results and it's free.

Where are they??? I've tried the fly-in which was cool but changed some of my icons which I didn't like. Where are the others?

I found em ha. I should've looked before spamming the thread. Do any of them other than fly in change some icons?

None of them change any icons, they just replace the framework-res.apk. A previous version of the Fly_In mod was posted on this thread that was from a different device and it changed several icons, but it looks like Jamezelle ported it (and the others) to the Droid and removed the icons.

This is correct, i sourced the transition XML's and Jamezelle ported them to D1 framework.... no other modifications are done, only the transitions.

Really? Sweet. Thanks for letting me know guys! And yeah, that was the one I tried. It was posted in the MIUI thread yesterday, I think it was yesterday, and it changed my icons so I removed it right after. But, now that's it's fixed I'm definitely trying it out again

Wait, if it was posted for a different device then how did it work on my phone? The fly-in video is the exact same as the one I watched and used for my phone and it changed them?

Quick question (small nitpick): the keyboard in the messaging app has "SEND" as the button to complete the text, but it brings you back to the threads and you have to hit that green "SEND" button.

Would be nice if there was a "quick" reply. I guess I'm used to handcent now and might switch out the default messaging app.

Just flashed from UD2.3... i love it, its a really cool rom. but i miss some features from UD, like the horizontal power bar and stuff... but I have two issues:
1: its not finding my ringtones stored on the SD card in the "media" folder.. every other app from the dawn of time has worked with that folder on my phone and it kinda sucks..

2: how do i stop the rebooting when plugged in to usb

also i remember back in the beginning the SMS button on the lock screen wouldnt work with other apps (aka handcent).. will it work with them now? IE: the tap to view, and slide to open, or will it always revert to stock app

That should be fixed? You're using 12.3 right? Or 12.1?

it worked for your phone, but it was made for the N1, you may not have noticed, but you also lost your keyboard backlight, the lockscreen could be bypassed by the menu key, among a few other things you lose by using incompatible framework.

all that is fixed now in the port thread, though.

Being able to bypass the lockscreen by tapping the menu button is a feature I wouldn't mind having the option of using. Would that be an easy mod to do?
